Terms of Service
- Aziz Academy provides online educational support programs for learners aged 4 to 16, including live lessons, practice activities, parent communication, and progress follow-up depending on the selected program.
- Programs begin after placement review, schedule confirmation, and payment confirmation.
- Package fees are temporarily unavailable while they are being finalized. Any applicable taxes or payment terms will be confirmed before enrollment.
- Parents are responsible for providing accurate student age, needs, contact, payment, and scheduling information.
- Online educational support is not medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or accredited school replacement unless separately confirmed in writing.
Orders and payments
- Accepted payment channels include Stripe, PayPal, secure payment link, bank transfer, and WhatsApp-assisted confirmation where available.
- A submitted cart or inquiry is a program request until the academy confirms placement, schedule, payment status, and start date.
- Aziz Academy may refuse, reschedule, or cancel a request when the selected program, level, educator availability, or safeguarding requirements are not suitable.
- Website content, curriculum descriptions, images, and generated visuals are protected brand assets and may not be copied or reused without permission.
