Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds and cancellations follow standard online education practice and are handled fairly according to program status, used sessions, scheduling commitments, and payment-provider rules.
- If a paid program cannot be started by the academy, the family may receive a full refund or choose an alternative start date/program.
- Before the first scheduled live session, families may request cancellation or rescheduling. Non-recoverable payment-provider fees or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.
- After lessons have started, refunds are normally prorated based on unused sessions only, unless a different written package rule applies.
- No-show sessions, late cancellations, completed sessions, downloadable/digital materials already delivered, and misuse of the service are normally non-refundable.
Fees, taxes, and payments
- Package fees are temporarily unavailable while they are being finalized.
- Any applicable taxes and payment terms will be confirmed before enrollment.
- Available payment methods will be confirmed with the family after placement review.
- Refund timing depends on the original payment method and provider process.
